A Good Day
From the very start I had a feeling today would be ok. It was a beautiful crisp morning, and the air smelt fresh and clean. I got straight into the old house chores, finishing them in record time (just don't look to closely), then it was off to the doctor with dad. Well he walked in a little apprehensive and walked out straight as a bean pole. The doctor had made an appointment for him to see the plastic surgeon on this Wednseday, but the other news, was the mass seemed to be contained. It did the trick, he hadn't been given a death sentence, but a glimmer of hope. I could have hugged his doctor for putting the sparkle back into an old mans eyes. Well off we went to the shops and got the insulation for the old barn.... tomorrow we wil endevour to start putting the lining back on the walls. Tomorrow will look even better than today, I believe we can see the best in even the worst times. I have posted pics of my bedroom recently finished(wear sunglasses lol) also the quilt my mum made, and the back verandah with the blinds I hung, making it more cosy. The picture above is my little witch hanging in my bedroom window.
The top pictures of the patio are the before, whilst the bottom pictures are the afters....
