One with the Wind

Well time has just flown. My weekend was good, I achieved a few chores that needed doing and then drove to the coast to visit a dear friend who recently lost her husband, she is such an artistic person. She has transformed her home (in an upmarket complex) into a picture perfect house... she just has the nack, I call it therapy. We all tend to get busy (no idol time) after the loss of a loved one. We had four fantastic hours together catching up and just enjoying each others company. Then it was off to the airport to pick up a friend who will be staying with me whilst dad is in hospital. I have posted some pics of my latest bits and pieces. Yesteday we went to Towoomba and settled mum and dad in the unit I had organised for them for the next 7 days. As it is an hrs drive from Warwick to Towoomba, I felt mum would be more comfortable close to dad... dad loved the unit, it is big and airy and has cable television. Then I headed home to look after the canine family. Yesterday I got a desperate call from mum, she had left dads xrays in the back of the car, so off I went breaking a few speed limits to get them to the hospital on time. Dad went to theatre at 3pm and came out about 7-7.30pm. I would like to thank you all again for your prayers and thoughts. When I find out more information I will post to let you know how he is..
