The W\end

The family arrived safely, and with them chaos reigns albeit nice. Saturday saw us all up and at it early, it was off to Toowoomba to see Poppy, who was excited to see his great grand children and they him. As they had both been very worried about him (to quote them). After hearing dad was to be discharged today to the unit with mum, we went to lunch, (sizzlers) then mum and nics and chris headed back to the hospital to pick up dad. I headed back to Warwick with the children, 5mins down the road and they were snoozing.
Many phone calls had to be answered and made, it would seem that dads cancer wasnt all surgically removed. So I had to inform all our family to allow the ones interstate time to adjust to this news. My father is going great and has a beautiful attitude to this hiccup which has occured.
